Solution: We crafted a fresh, attention-grabbing brand voice characterised by honesty, directness, and humour. The posts resonated deeply with coffee lovers, establishing SLAY Coffee as the ultimate brand for true coffee enthusiasts.
My Contribution: Alongside my team, I proposed this distinctive tone of voice and solely managed their Twitter presence. The tone I adopted was inspired by Regina George - sharp, sassy, and unapologetically bold.
